Instructor Development:

We offer our higher ranked students the opportunity to volunteer as an assistant instructor and later on as a head instructor. A prerequisite to becoming an official instructor is completion of our instructor development program. This course includes several training components, situations, and scenarios to facilitate the transformation from student to teacher.
